This market will offer existing and new homeowners a more flexible debt
plus equity home financing structure, allowing them to better manage their financial affairs.

It will allow mortgage investors and distressed homeowners to
more comprehensively and fairly deal with the current foreclosure crises.

And it will allow institutional investors to diversify their investments
into a market as large as the US equity market.
